On June 27 and 28, the food festival "Oda! Food!" Will be held on the Pushkinskaya embankment of Gorky Park. The organizers of the event spoke about this around Life.

The festival is held in Moscow for the second year in a row. It is planned that this time around 200 gastronomic projects will take part in the event. Among them are Dippin'Dots ice cream parlor, Double B coffee shop, Rock'n'Roll bar, Mövenpick ice cream brand, Thai Style food store from Thailand, Kashtanoff chain of roasted chestnuts stalls, online restaurant of Uzbek cuisine Plov.com , bakery "Home cooking" and others.

The main theme of the festival is “Honest food”, that is, “tasty, healthy and high-quality, but at the same time simple and affordable,” the organizers explain. The entire territory of the event will be divided into nine thematic zones: a food court with restaurants, a market with gastronomic start-ups, a farmer's market, a parking for cafe-vans, a children's culinary school "Young Lokavor", a "gastronomic theater" with master classes by chefs, a culinary studio , competition platform for the cup "Ode! Food!" (between teams of grandmothers and chefs, restaurateurs and restaurant critics, PR managers and bloggers), a lecture hall and the territory of the wine festival "Ode! Wine!". Also, a summer cinema will work here, in which films on gastronomic themes will be shown.

Educational program "Ode! Food!" divided into four streams: master classes by chefs, a duel for the cup "Oda! Food!", a lecture hall (where they will give lectures on the prospects for the development of the restaurant business, media development on food and marketing of the restaurant) and sommelier master classes.

Moscow chefs Vladimir Mukhin (White Rabbit Family), Sergey Berezutsky (Twins), Ivan Berezutsky (Twins and PMI Bar), Dmitry Zotov (“Wing or Leg”, Haggis Pub & Kitchen, “Cast Iron Bridge”) have already confirmed their participation in the festival program. , Zotman Pizza Pie), Dmitry Shurshakov ("Muesli", "We're not going anywhere") and Sergey Eroshenko ("Honest Cuisine").
