Eksmo Publishing House and KhlebSol Magazine are launching the Russian version of Jamie Oliver's Jamie Magazine, the culinary magazine of Jamie Oliver, at the end of this year with recipes from the cook, restaurant reviews and essays from gastronomic travels.
The plans - not only to translate the notes of the famous chef, about a third of the magazine will be with Russian content. The local editorial office, which is currently engaged in the KhlebSol magazine, is responsible for this: editorial director Lyudmila Nikitina, art editor Elena Mezhegurskaya, food editor Lyudmila Salnikova and prescription editor Anton Bulygin. The magazine will be published once a month.
Jamie Magazine is sold in 46 countries and has three European editions. Eksmo relies on the popularity of Jamie Oliver and his books in Russia. The head of the culinary media projects of the publishing house, Yevgeny Kapiev, believes that the magazine will help them become leaders in the Russian market among culinary publications: “Today we occupy leading positions in the culinary field. Representatives of the publishing house promise that the launch of the magazine will be supported by a large-scale advertising campaign, and that it will be distributed at premium points of sale throughout Russia and cost about 250 rubles.
